Vegetable oil 1 diced onion 2 g fresh ginger4 cloves garlic, minced 2 diced potatoes 4 diced carrots 275 ml heavy cream 1 chilli pepper 1 can of chopped tomatoes15 g salt 20 g curry powder 200 g frozen peas 1/2 green chopped bell pepper 1/2 red chopped bell pepper Directions
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the onion, and cook until translucent. Mix in ginger and garlic, and continue cooking for approx. 1 minute. Mix in potatoes, carrots, peppers, and chopped tomatoes. Add the salt and curry powder. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix in the peas, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and cream.
