Tantalising Trout Recipe

4 Trout Fillets 300ml of milk 4 tablespoons of water 4 lemon slices 100 ml of fish stock 50g Butter 25g Plain Flour 2 tabelspoons of lemon juice Directions
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F. For this delicious fish recipe, firstly, place the trout into an ovenproof dish, with a slice of lemon on top of each fish, add the water. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 15 minutes . Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat. Stir in the flour and cook gently for 3 minutes. Add the milk and stock, bring to the boil, stirring continuously, until thickened. Simmer gently for 5 minutes. Add the lemon juice. Place the fish on a serving dish, removing the lemon slices.
