Spicy Lamb Recipe

"How do I make BBQ spicy lamb?"

This fantastic Spicy Lamb Recipe is extremely tasty, can be eaten all year round (especially when the sun is shining) and is quick and easy to prepare and cook. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 lamb chops
  • 10 ml barbeque sauce
  • 20 ml soy sauce
  • 5 g English mustard
  • 65 ml tomato ketchup
  • 10 ml malt vinegar
  • 10 g brown sugar
  • DIRECTIONS

  • You need a large bowl for this barbecue lamb recipe. In the bowl combine the mustard, Soy sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, brown sugar and barbecue sauce.
  • Put the lamb chops into the mixed sauce to marinate them and pop them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Take the lamb from the marinade (don’t throw the marinade away, you’ll need it to baste the lamb while it is still barbecuing) and place them on a hot barbecue grill, cooking them for 12 minutes turning frequently and basting them as you go along. Leave to cool for a couple of minutes. Serve.
