Roasted Lamb Loin

This roasted lamb is quick and easy to prepare and is suitable all year round and for a number of different occassions.

Serves (2)

Ingredientsbr>

  • 2 Lamb loins, trimmed of all the fat
  • 2 Tablespoons of oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Directions

  • The first thing you need to do for this roasted lamb loin recipe is to preheat oven to 175 degrees C (375 degrees F)
  • Heat the frying pan and when it is hot add the the lamb and sear for two to three minutes on both sides.
  • Place the lamb loins in the preheated oven and cook until they are medium rare. Serve.
  • There you go, you have a superbly tasty lamb loin in a matter of minutes.
