Sweating is the body’s natural cooling mechanism. Sweating in itself does not cause body odour, it is the bacteria that accumulates on the body, releasing unpleasant chemicals that causes the body odour.

Garlic, spicy foods coffee and alchohol not only lingers on the breath but also on the skin. Try to avoid or limit your daily intake. Flush out toxins by increasing the amount of water you drink you. Processed foods should be avoided if you are prone to body odour.
Showers & Baths
Shower or bathe at least once a day. Try alternating hot then cold shower daily.
Try adding a few cups of tomato juice to your bath water.
Baking soda with lemon dabbed on armpits to kill bacteria and absorb sweat.
Rub potato slices on underarms, leave to dry then wash off.
Grooming
Shave armpits, hair leaves a larger surface for bacteria to breed.

White vinegar on cotton wool dabbed on armpits. Do not use on freshly shaved skin.
Dental Hygene

Clothing
Wear clean garments every day as odour can linger on unwashed clothing.
Synthetic fabrics such as polyurethane do not allow the skin to breathe, whenever possible choose cotton or natural fabrics especially for under garments.
Avoid figure hugging garments and choose loose fitting clothing that allows your skin to breathe
Body odour & The Menopause
During the menopause the body’s oxygen supply diminishes,, the metabolism has to work harder and the body rids itself of toxins produced by the hormone imbalance. As a result bacteria flourishes and causes excess sweating.
Try placing a small amount of hydrogen peroxide into your bath water in the ratio 3 parts HP to 97 parts water. If this doesn’t work increase the amount of HP slightly.
Steam baths and saunas make you sweat more and this will help to get rid of the toxins.
