"How do I make pineapple upside-down cake?"This fantastic Pineapple Upside-down Cake Recipe is extremely tasty, can be eaten all year round and is quick and easy ton prepare and cook. Enjoy! Serves (12) Ingredients
150 g butter 250 g brown sugar 1 can sliced pineapple 10 strawberries 500 g white cake mix Directions
Melt the butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Remove from the heat and sprinkle the brown sugar. Next, place pineapple rings in the bottom of the pan. Place a strawberry into the centre of each pineapple ring. Prepare the cake mix as outlined on the packet substitute some of the pineapple juice for some of the liquid in the directions. Pour the batter over the pineapple and strawberries.
