Add the sugar, salt, cherries, and almond extract. Blend until smooth. Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the directions. 2.COFFEE ICE CREAM Serves (4) Ingredients 4 egg whites 100 g white sugar 150 g sour cream Vanilla 2 teaspoons of instant coffeeDirections In bowl, beat egg whites until fluffy. Slowly mix in the white sugar and vanilla, whilst stirring thoroughly until soft peaks form. Carefully blend in the sour cream. mix in the coffee. Place the mixture into the freezer and stir every 30 minutes or so until frozen. 3.BANANA ICE CREAM Serves (8) Ingredients 500 ml skimmed milk 2 mashed bananas 1/2 can evaporated milk 5 ml vanilla extract 125 g white sugar 75 g raisinsDirections In a bowl, blend together the skimmed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, bananas, raisins and sugar. Pour into an ice cream maker, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. 4.CHOCOLATE THICKSHAKE Serves (4) Ingredients 25 ml milk 6 scoops chocolate ice cream 125 g chocolate chips60 ml chocolate syrup 12 ice cubes 50 g cocoa powder Directions In a blender, mix together the milk, ice cream, chocolate syrup, cocoa, ice cubes and chocolate chips. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. 5.STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM Serves (4) Ingredients 300 g frozen sliced strawberries 125 g sugar 150 ml heavy cream Directions Mix together the frozen strawberries and sugar in a blender.
