"How do I make fairy cakes?"This fantastic Fabulous Fairy Cakes Recipe is extremely tasty, can be eaten all year round and is quick and easy ton prepare and cook. Enjoy! Serves (18) Ingredients
175 g sugar 2 pinches of cinnamon 125 g margarine200 g self-rising flour 2 eggs Pinch of ginger Directions
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F). In a bowl, mix the sugar and margarine until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Add the spices to the mixture and mix thoroughly. Stir in the flour. Spoon a heaped tablespoon of the batter into each paper cup. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until they have risen.
