"How do I make coffee ice cream?"

This fantastic Coffee Ice Cream Recipe is extremely tasty, can be eaten all year round and is quick and easy ton prepare and cook. Enjoy!

Serves (4)

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 100 g white sugar
  • 150 g sour cream
  • Vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons of instant coffee

    • Directions

  • In bowl, beat egg whites until fluffy. Slowly mix in the white sugar and vanilla, whilst stirring thoroughly until soft peaks form. Carefully blend in the sour cream. mix in the coffee.

  • Place the mixture into the freezer and stir every 30 minutes or so until frozen.
