"How do I make cheesecake?"This fantastic Cheesecake Recipe is extremely tasty, can be eaten all year round and is quick and easy ton prepare and cook. Enjoy! Serves (12) Ingredients
750 g cream cheese 250 g white sugar 2 g salt 5 eggs 1 ml almond extract 250 g sour cream 1 ml vanilla extract Directions
Preheat oven to 165 degrees C (325 degrees F). In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients, apart from the sour cream. Mix until smooth. Pour into a greased dishBake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes. After letting it stand for 15 minutes it’s time to make the topping Mix together the sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and mix until smooth.
