"How do I make carrot cake?"This fantastic Carrot Cake Recipe is extremely tasty, can be eaten all year round and is quick and easy ton prepare and cook. Enjoy! Serves (14) Ingredients
250 ml vegeatable oil 3 eggs 10 g baking powder 450g white sugar250 g carrot baby food 250 g flour 2 g salt 3 g nutmeg 2 g cinnamon Directions
Preheat oven to 165 degrees C (325 degrees F). Grease and flour a pan. In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and the spices. In another bowl, combine oil and carrot, then add eggs individually. Add sugar and mix well. Add the flour mixture, mixing thoroughly. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 60 minutes. Turn out onto a wire rack.
