Barbecue Vegetable Recipes

Below are my barbecue vegetable recipes, they’re a nice and tasty way to kick off a family barbecue. Why not try them out and see what you think?

1.BBQ Fries

1.BBQ FRIES

Serves (4)

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 baking potatoes
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 10 g sea salt
  • 5 g black pepper
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • DIRECTIONS

  • For this barbecue vegetable recipe, firstly, cut the potatoes into chunky fries. Place them into a bag along with the olive oil and lemon juice and give the bag a good shake.

  • Mix the salt and pepper together in a bowl and put to the side for later use.

  • Place the “chunky” fries onto a preheated barbecue grill and cook for roughly 12 minutes, turning once and seasoning as you do so. Serve.
  • 2.SKEWERED BBQ POTATOES

    Serves (4)

    INGREDIENTS

  • 800 g new potatoes
  • 4 kebab sticks
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • DIRECTIONS

  • Unpeeled, place the potatoes in a saucepan of water and add a generous amount of salt. Allow to cook until potatoes become tender.

  • Allow potatoes to cool, cut them in half, place in a bag and add the oil, salt and pepper and give the bag a good shake.

  • Finally, skewer the potatoes with the kebab sticks. Place them onto your barbecue grill and cook as desired, turning frequently. Serve.
  • 3. BBQ CORN

    Serves (4)

    INGREDIENTS

  • 4 corn on the cob
  • 25 g butter
  • 20 ml oil
  • 5 g salt
  • 5 g black pepper
  • 5 g paprika
  • DIRECTIONS

  • For this barbecue vegetable recipe, firstly, place the corn cobs into bag and add the paprika, olive oil, salt and pepper and give the bag a good shake.

  • Remove from bag and dot each cob with the butter and wrap the in tin foil.

  • Place the cobs onto a grill and cook for roughly 25 minutes, turning now and again. Take the cobs fro the foil and place back on your barbecue and cook for another 5 minutes or so. Serve.
