Barbecue Liver Recipe
"How do I make barbecue liver?"This fantastic Barbecue Liver Recipe is extremely tasty, can be eaten all year round (especially when the sun is shining) and is quick and easy to prepare and cook. Enjoy! INGREDIENTS Serves (4) 750 g thinly sliced beef liver100 ml tomato ketchup 40 g flour 5 g salt 10 g garlic powder 25 ml vinegar 2 g pepper 125 ml water 50 g brown sugar 25 ml Worcestershire sauce 25 ml vegetable oil DIRECTIONS In a plastic bag, mix together the salt, flour, and pepper. Place the liver into the bag and give it a good shake until the liver has been coated well.In a bowl, add the water, garlic powder ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar. In a frying pan heat the oil. Sauté the liver slices on both sides.Pour the sauce over the liver. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 18 - 20 minutes.
